BrickStone guarantees that the products we supply comply with the stated technical standards, which makes it possible to use them for their intended purpose, subject to compliance with the specified installation rules.
The customer should understand that purchased products with the corresponding color characteristics may have slight differences in color shade.
During the production of decorative tiles, seasonal changes in temperature and humidity can affect the color shade of the finished product. We recommend that you place an order immediately and in full for the required number of decorative tiles to avoid color differences between different batches of products.
In the event of a shortage or non-conformity of the product, the company must be notified in writing within five business days of receipt of the product. Claims for defects must be accompanied by a description of all data at the time of receipt and must occur before the product is used.
The company’s advertising materials depict the color and texture of the products with the accuracy that modern photography and printing technologies allow. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with product samples before purchasing.
The company reserves the right to improve its products without prior notice.
Warranties for BrickStone TM products do not apply if the buyer has not followed the installation instructions. The cost of delivery in Ukraine to the pickup point may vary depending on the volume of the order, according to the carrier’s tariffs. Estimated delivery times are 1-3 business days. If the goods are in a remote warehouse, the terms may increase. You can also order our delivery in the city and region in one of our stores.
